You're creating. But does it feel like yours?

  • You have ideas everywhere and no clear thread connecting them.
  • You post regularly, but it doesn't seem to reach the right people.
  • You compare yourself to creators with bigger audiences and wonder what you're missing.
  • You want your work to mean something, not just fill a feed.

More content rarely fixes this. Clarity does. When you know what you're called to create and who it's for, content decisions get easier — and your audience can tell.

One day. A clear plan for 2027.

1

Clarity on your calling and message — what you're here to say, in a sentence you can actually use.

2

A clear picture of who it's for: the person you're serving, not a vague “everyone.”

3

3 to 5 content themes that fit your calling, so you stop second-guessing what to make.

4

A 90-day content plan with formats that suit how you like to work.

5

A way of sharing your work that feels like you, not like selling.

Mostly working time, with a little help from the room.

This isn't a lecture. Most of the day is protected time to work on your own platform, business or ministry, with a few short group sessions to learn from the other creators in the room. You'll leave with a finished plan, not a folder of notes.

This day is for you if

  • You're a writer, podcaster, speaker, video creator, musician or blogger with something to say.
  • You run a small business, practice or coaching service and want your content to reflect your values.
  • You'd like direction, not another list of ideas.

It isn't for you if

  • You're looking for growth hacks, ad tactics or algorithm tricks.
  • You want someone else to create your content for you.

About Rachel

I'm Rachel Lemons Aitken and I live in Sydney. I've spent my working life helping churches and ministries work out what to say online and how to say it well.

I started the Digital Discipleship Conference with a handful of one-to-one conversations, and it grew from a city event into a national and regional movement with people joining from around the world. I've set up digital discipleship ministries at local, national and regional levels, worked in church communications, and been featured in Ministry Magazine and Adventist Record.

Most content problems are really calling problems. This day is how I help people fix them — in that order.

Questions, answered.

I'm not sure I have a “calling.” Is this for me?
Yes — that's exactly what the first session is for. You don't need to arrive with the answer, only a willingness to think about it honestly.
Do I need an existing audience?
No. The plan works whether you have 20 followers or 20,000, because it starts with your message, not your numbers.
I run a business, not a ministry. Is this relevant?
Yes, if you want your work to reflect your faith and values. The day is about clarity and direction, whatever you create.
Is there an online version?
Not for this date — one is planned for later. Email to be notified.
What if it turns out not to be right for me?
Tell Rachel at least 7 days before and she'll refund you in full.
Can I bring someone from my team?
Yes, and she'd encourage it — book a spot for each person.

Give yourself one day.

Before 2026 wraps up, step away from the feed and work out what you're called to create next year. Spaces are limited to keep the day small and useful.
